Has anybody successfully gotten these things to work without using that damn firetrap resistor? I'm set to LED and it still hyperflashes and throws light out codes on the dash. I've done everything Z Automotive says to do as well Eddie on Wayoflife to get the computer to recognize them. If I have to use resistors to get them to work, 2 things: 1) Morimoto needs to get their act together and 2) they're going back and I'll spring the extra to get Gorecons that do work without chancing melting my inner liners.
