    Rule #4 - The listing must include an asking price. OBO (or best offer) is allowed but it must be accompanied by an asking price.

Want to purchase Mopar steel 3 piece bumper with skidplate and brackets. I live 50 miles east of Sacramento. Let me know what you have and how much. Would like the rear bumper as well bit not a deal breaker. If you have both for a good price, show me what you have. Willing to travel.
