Mopar Roof Rack Squeeking!?

Ever since I installed the roof rack with cargo basket there is a squeeking sound coming from the rear of the jeep, kinda like the hard top is flexing because of the added weight. Its terribly annoying. Is it just mine? Does anyone else with the rack notice or have this sound??

The first time I took off and then reinstalled the hard top I had a terrible squeaking coming from the back. Turned out to be the weather seal between the rear windshield and the tailgate. I applied a thin layer of white lithium grease and it hasn't squeaked since. I don't think it's because of the rack
