I ordered this accessory as a $275.00 factory option with my 2026 Willys XR. When my Jeep came in on July 10th, there was only the accessory rail itself attached on top of my dash, but not the phone / camera holder that attaches to the rail. Wasn't I suppose to get the entire set up of the rail & holder. The picture of this accessory option on the website build page shows both pieces.

If I had bought both rail & holder as a Parts Department accessory, it would have only cost me $211.64 + tax. I certainly think the $275. I paid the factory should have covered both pieces!

Anyone who ordered this set up as a factory option - did you get the phone holder with it ?

Unfortunately that does not include the holders.

you can really get any aftermarket accessory that attaches to a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail.

or find something that attaches to a NATO rail… it’s a similar spec but more prominent in photography..

We offer a full range of aftermarket add-ons as well. These are arguably the best quality out there.

I can help you navigate picking up add-ons whether you get them from us or somewhere else… just let me know what you’re looking to mount up there.

You might consider pointing out that disconnect to your selling dealer, and ask if the there's anything that they can do. That the a la carte price for the whole assembly is cheaper at the Parts Dept should buttress your claim here.

Ordered the rail factory add on when I ordered my 26 Rubi X. Does not come with any mounts. Retired military, had lots of NATO rail attachments. I did come with 2 ducks. Think they're in the glove box now.

Be warned. Was running the cables for the Wolfbox TriPro dashcam. Mounting the screen to the accessory rail. Apparently when they installed the rail in Toledo they used an impact wrench. When I tried to take the rail out the mounting screws were in so tight and far that the plastic the screws screwed into broke off. Was able to use some plastic JB Weld to get everything back together correctly. But total PITA.

Next time I'll order the rail online and install myself.

THANKS everyone! I believe I got my answer, although not the one I was looking for.
I also appreciate that extra bit of info about the impact wrench.

It looks like I'll be visiting Tackform since they have such a wide variety of mounts. I mainly want a mount for my OSMO dashcam which I haven't even opened yet because of waiting for the Mopar mount I ordered over a month ago. Oh, it came in but the dealer couldn't find it so they ordered me another one, possibly to arrive this coming week. If Tackform has a better mount, I may just have the dealer send Mopar's back. The problem that may occur is that it had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer Lumen, so I guess it's up to Lumen how they handle returns. If I can't return it, it won't be a total loss since I do need a mount to hold my iPod for my music I listen to. HA!, iPod, that must have sent everyone reading this back through a time tunnel.

I've got to say also, Tackform, a person really needs to be careful how they say "Picatinny" rail out in public or you may start a protest march just around your body. I hope that name wasn't derived from a person's last name. Imagine what that poor soul would've had to go through in school.

Haha, I appreciate you!.

Feel free to shoot me a message and I can jump on a call to talk through the differences between the OEM Mopar and ours. In truth, they both do a great of getting it done.

We'll be at the Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion this week so I may not reply back here until next week. But I'll keep my eyes open for any notifications.
