Has anyone experienced a problem with the Mopar site, which covers new purchase, the Jeep Wave program, etc.?
I was entered into the program when I bought my JLSU and had to make a change with the site, assisted by a customer care employee. Since then, I can't enter the site. I log in and in sends me back to the log in screen. I've contacted them several times in a month with no results. Each time they tell me I will receive a call back. Worse service from a motor company yet. I hope I never have to rely on them for a vehicle problem!!
