If you like all the luxury and daily driver features of the Sahara and want the rugged looks of the Rubicon but don't want the drivability trade-offs of the Rubi, then get the MOAB and enjoy it on the road - the auto 4wd and limited slip rear differential and creature comforts are great. If you later decide to do some off-roading that is beyond the capabilities of the stock MOAB, put a small lift, bigger tires and a single *front* locker on it. A Jeep with a front locker and a rear limited slip is going to be almost as capable as a Jeep with two lockers. It is certainly going to be capable of some pretty serious trails. That way you can have your Sahara/MOAB daily driver cake and eat it too, even if your Jeeping progress to more serious trails. (Important Caveat: just don't go rock-crawler extreme crazy with that set up - the Sahara/MOAB axles, transfer case and suspension are not as rugged as the Rubicon, and a locker adds a lot of stress on the CV joints, so, again knock yourself out on the trails, but don't go overboard with extreme rock crawling.)

I happen to be a Moab owner. I had a 2-door JK 2011 for 8 years. Sold it, put some $$ down and bought the Moab. I live on Long Island, so the only off-roading I do is on the beach every weekend in the summer. Let me tell u that going from a JK to the JLU is night and day. I already bought a lift for it and will be getting 35’s this summer. The Jeep drives like a Mercedes. Smooth, peppy and looks amazing. It has $10k in additional options than the regular Sahara. I could take a picture of my sticker, but some of them are full time 4WD, insane sound system, Apple car play, leather dashboard, leather heated seats and steering wheel, full metal bumper, led light package, lane assist, same color hardtop, upgraded rims and tires....there’s about $8k there. I just love it. It’s like I went from a pinto to a luxury vehicle and I can still take her on the beach every weekend to do some drone fishing.
