Any experience out there on the Method MR316 wheels? They're very similar in appearance to 701's, but have two more holes and are only 25 lbs. Hub-centric, 0 offset, and seem to be priced pretty reasonably.

I don’t have any experience with them but they’re on the short list for my wife’s JLUS. 👍🏻

Pulled the trigger on these and some 315 ko2’s. Also have 1” teraflex coil spacers on all four corners. I like ‘em.

I also have a Sting Gray and its between these or the 704s. These look great. Still happy with them?

Definitely still happy with them. I like an understated/simple look and these fit the bill and match the sting gray perfectly. Plus they’re lightweight, ideal offset for 315s, and hubcentric. I personally chose these over the 704 because fewer holes were more pleasing to my eye.

No it is black, it is just the way the light is hitting it.

looks amazing. This is what I'm going with on my willys too. What/how much lift? and did you regear for the 35s and are they holding up well with the M186 front axle?

I have the 2" Dynatrac lift with teraflex .5" spacers up front and a metalcloak front track bar. The front axle was noticeably off center before I added it.

I regeared to 4.56 in May or June. A more exact time should be in my build thread. I have not had any issues with the M186, however, replacing it is one of the next big things I want to do. Not because I think it really needs it, but more for my own peace of mind. Same reason I upgraded the clutch.

How was it before the regear on the 3.45? I might just do 34” but undecided

It wasn't terrible on road, other than not being able to use my entire gear box. It made the biggest difference off road.

The 300 series are lighter because they don't have bead grip though.

I wanted a set of the Method 706 in bronze but are currently sold out with no ETA. So for now I found a set of fifteen52 Patrol HD in bronze and got 4 of them for under $700.

Is what I want now (I think they look better than the 704s too) but I'm going to wait until I really need them. For what I'm doing now normal wheels are fine.
