Anyone know if LUX Lighting (the magnetic rock lights folks) is still in business? I put in an order on Monday and haven't gotten anything more than the automated order confirmation, and emailed them today and never got a reply

Curious if anyone else has ordered from them recently or interacted with them or if I'm headed for a credit card chargeback

And in the case that they are gone, anyone have suggestions for good magnetic rock lights for a JLU?

I’m running them as well. It took a couple of weeks to hear or receive confirmation. And it took 4 weeks to receive the shipment. And they forgot part of my order.

I've never called, but I've always emailed them and gotten a response within a day or so.

That phone number goes to another company, but googling shows that was previously their number

There's several threads now that I've done some searching both here and on other Jeep forums where these guys seemingly disappear for a few weeks and then pop back up and try to catch up.

Finally heard from these guys. I think it's because I was emailing them replying to the order confirmation. Emailing directly with a fresh email thread, got almost immediate reply

I was just trying to show a co-worker the lights to show that they are in fact the same lights as the one from Lux. Basically I found the manufacturer.

However I'm guessing with the current tariffs in place on China, it kind of looks like Lux has switched manufacturers. Which kind of makes sense why their (potentially old) manufacturer is now selling their lights to other people.

I'm guessing they switched manufacturers. Probably getting somebody more local who won't cost them as much.

I noticed while searching through their site, they don't seem to offer the RGB ones anymore. But they're still charging normal price for the single color lights...

If it's worth anything, the link above for the manufacturer of their old style of lights, still has RGB available, and it will only cost you about $180 to hit the 2 MOQ (minimum order quantity), and that's with shipping..

If you do go this route, make sure you talk with the lady or whoever the salesperson you get is through their chat feature. I had trouble finding the kit, which allows to have everything you need to wire it up properly, along with the Bluetooth controller which allows you to control it with the remote control they give you, along with an app through your phone.
