i can try again with dealer. first response was " we already changed your steering box and FCA will not pay for a second one" they said they know this TSB references a different part number. i can try again, but each visit usually takes a week or more with nothing ever done to fix problem

Call another dealer, tell them your symptoms and that you understand TSB #### fixes it and could they order in the parts and you bring it in when they do.
