I had to do the same thing unfortunately, I couldn't leave all that extra savings (3% vs 8%) on the table like that, but from the emails I did have with him back and forth I would recommend them if you dont want to travel out of state for a new factory ordered Jeep.Hey Kevin, I think we were both in the 2022 Lakleland waiting room. Glad to see you placed another order, I can vouch for Mike but I understand it's frustrating not hearing back when you're anxious to place an order. I do know he is extremely busy and tries to respond accordingly.
My only issue was with the actual dealer not wanting to stay competetive when this forum has helped put them on the map. The discount offered for a 2024 392 is less than other dealers, and the dealer fees are a lot higher as well. I brought this up to Mike but he said the discount for the 392 isn't as high as the rest of the lineup and he can't do anything about that. For this reason I passed on ordering again from Lakeland unfortunately.
