I'm wiring up my kc pro 6 bar and I was just wondering if someone could "yea or nay" my interpretation of how our OEM aux switches are used. Also what what setting should the switch be programmed to. See below drawing. I've included the wiring diagram from KC kit and my own hand drawn revision using our OEM aux awitches

Maybe I’m missing something but all you have to do is take the positive harness wire to aux 1 or aux 2 from the bundle (can’t remember which two colors but they have the 40amp fuse built in and wouldn’t use aux 3 as it’s only 15amp I think). Then ground to the nearest ground point under the hood. Can ditch the relays, fuses and switches altogether. At least that’s how my a-pillar cubes got hooked up.

It's all good. I wired it up as per my drawing and added a 3 amp fuse in line with AUX 4 as I didnt want to allow 15amp over current on the relay coil everything went well. I'm saving aux 1&2 hopefully wire gauge is sufficient on them for ARB twin compressor. Have to look into it

If you are using the aux switches, you can get rid of all that wiring. Your aux switches already have all that stuff installed. Relays and fuses. Literally just hook your positive wire from lightbar to your positive wire from whichever aux switch you want to use. Check either on the packaging from your lightbar how much amps it draws but I can’t see it being over 15 amp. But you never know. Save yourself all that extra wiring, connections and possible points of failure and just use the mopar wiring.

As per their website, the amp draw on the pro6 series are between 5 and 14.67 amps.
