I put the 285/70r17 KO2’s on my Sport S unlimited, and have been trying to find a proper PSI. I think I’m running a bit high at 36. The shoulder lugs don’t look as if they’re taking much load.

What does the door sticker on a JL Rubicon say the KO2’s are supposed to be inflated to?

37 has been perfect for me . They rise about 3/4 lbs when they get hot ( in my current weather conditions) . So I may run 35 lbs when it gets hot outside.

Yeah, I've noticed they do gain quite a bit. I have mine set at exactly 37 while sitting in the garage. They have hit 41 on a relative cool day of 60, but sunny. Will be interesting during the dog days of summer.

I had been running mine at 36, and on the highway they were rising to around 40-41 in 60 degree weather. I was afraid of what a 105 degree day will do to them on the highway, where they may only be riding on the inner 2/3-1/2 of the total tread width.

I am currently on a vacation in northern mi doing light trail rides in between trying to ski (its been rainy here). I left my house with them at 34 at 40 degrees, on the highway they went to 37. On the trails (no need to air down on these wimpy truck trails) running through ice water they're staying at 34. The ride is noticeable smoother, and more darty on the trenched roads.

I guess I'll run them at the prescribed 37, adjust them regularly with temperature swings, and watch how the tread wears at rotations.

Mine are doing the same. I was surprised the PSI moved up that much.
