So I have the most annoying AC Problem. And of course the dealer could not find a problem probably because they did not take it on long drive like I told them they had to find it. I drive my JL a lot. On long drives, approximately every 30 minutes the AC lets in a bunch of hot humid air. So much so that when it does it you can see condensation on the metal trim rings around the vents. I am regularly lugging around sales managers with me and all have noticed it. Most importantly my wife. Living in Orlando FL this is a problem. It happens in both AC Modes. Once it lets in all the humid air it seems to reset it's self and it runs fine again for about another 30 minutes and then it does it once again. Unfortunately you have to go on a long drive for it to happen.

Do a search. I think there is a thread on this already. Last time I checked that thread the current work around is to unclick/turn off the recirculate button.

Here you go. Looks like you have to disconnect the motor that allows outside air into the cabin.
