I have a 2021 JLU Willy's and want to give it a little lift with Rubi springs.
Will these springs be worth the effort?
Also,..should I (or do I have to?!!) purchase the longer A arms or whatever they are called? Any other recommendations needed?

Everything you need can be answered in this thread:

On a Willys you'll get a bit of a lift with Rubicon springs, another option that might do the same would be springs off of a diesel JL.

As to the slightly longer lower control arms - I put those on mine at stock height and thought the Jeep drove better, they are not break the bank expensive so I'd say do it.
