New to the forum. Have 26 wrangler willys 2dr jl. In first attempt to lower the top, I broke the top rail on driver's side. I don't think I unlocked the rear mechanism before sliding the top back. Oops. But why did they make the brackets out of plastic and does anyone sell them with metal brakets? Seems pretty cheap to me and the jeep was anything but cheap.
