I ordered a hat from gear.jeep.com this afternoon. My bank account shows the charge, but 5 hours later I have no confirmation email, and no recorded orders on my gear.jeep.com account.
Yes, I checked my spam folder.
I've ordered from hundreds of online vendors over the course of many years, and It's been years since I've had a confirmation email fail to send within a few minutes. E-commerce has come too far in recent gears for a company of this size to fail to send it.
Anybody have any experience with ordering doodads from jeep.com? Do they suck as much with documentations of their swag items as they do with documenting orders of actual wranglers? How long should I wait before I file a chargeback with my bank?? This is not normal ecommerce.
