It would be looked at like any other accident. Your insurance would give you whatever it is worth and you can use that money to do whatever you want… pay off the loan if you have one, buy another Jeep or whatever.

Just like any other accident and claims.

Likely not.

If the vehicle is properly insured, you're about as prepared as can be done here.
