I bought the ST2 kit from Teraflex/Quadratech and I noticed the lower control arms that come with the kit are almost an inch longer. Any tips on how to get them to line up?

Adjustable or nonadjustable? I believe their nonadjustable lowers are 5/8" longer than stock. It is designed to get your closer to stock caster and wheelbase after 2.5-3.5" lift.

Im not 100% sure if this is what you’re asking. I think those front lower control arms are fixed length. If not lift kit manufacturers give you a pretty accurate starting length you pre set up on the bench before starting.

Remove one OEM arm and replace with the new arm at a time. Attach the rear hardware but don’t fully tighten. Use a ratchet strap to pull the axle in which ever direction you need to get the front holes to align. You can use a punch going in from the opposite side of the bolt to hold everything in place, then as you tap the bolt in it will move thd punch out of the way,

Lots of good install videos on YouTube that don’t have to be TF specific.
@Northridge4x4 with @Tech Tim is my first choice. Then @Quadratec with hey Robbie here, then Extreme Terrain

thanks all, this was actually easier when i put weight on it after lowering it from the lift. The tracking bar, however, is a different story

For track bar, put everything back and let the jeep sit on it own weight, use a jack to jack up one side slightly, the hole will line up.

Or for the track bar just have someone push on the body in the direction you need to have the holes line up. It doesn’t take much pressure,

The track bar question is confusing. didn't your kit come with an adjustabe track bar?

If so, finish the installation of the rerst of your new suspension components, set the Jeep on the ground, bounce the front end with your weight a couple of times to center the body, then adjust the track bar to fit. It should NOT take a strap to install an adjustable track bar.

If your track bar is not adjustable, buy one that is.
