How to disconnect fog lights? (Help!)

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to disconnect the fog lights without brute forcing it. Am I missing the clip? Trying to put on a new front bumper. These clips are always a pain in the ass but this one really takes the cake. Where should I apply pressure and in which direction
