Yes they are the same for both JL/JT

#3 is 4627782AA (included)
The grommets #6 only come with the cover so make sure those are included on your search.

2023 20th Anniversary Rubicon 392's came equipped with the Mopar Triple-Hoop Grile Guard from the factory. I would like to take the end caps off of my bumper, but I never received the 2 spacers shown in the bottom left portion of this photo.

Is there any way I could purchase them? Or find out who manufactured them, so I can contact them?

I had asked mopar about these parts in the past. They are not available nor can they share who the supplier is. I would imagine its pretty easy to fabricate them though.
