So, your Hood Silencer Pad has salt or mud stains, etc. on it and your want to clean it up....
Spray it until a tad wet with Windex® Vinegar Glass Cleaner or Walmart /Great Value® Multi-Surface Vinegar Cleaner. Let it sit for say 5 mins and then gently and deliberately, rub the pad down with a clean, moist towel...
Once the silencer pad dries the black color will be restored ... the silencer pad will appear way cleaner.
IF, if you have any blemishes, white marks, etc. that remain, you can touch up with a Sharpie® "Magnum" Black Marker. The stuff matches up well with the Mopar silencer pad.
