Did you figure it out? I’ve been getting random “accessories not available” something about the battery the last month or so, just noticed tonight that the dash lights didn’t go off. Waiting to see if I get the accessories warning again in the morning.
I disconnected my Tazer, ran for a few weeks without it , updated the Tazer, reconnected the Tazer and have not had a problem. This all started for me when both my batteries needed to be replaced. Seems to be working fine now.

done. Hope I don't have to do this every night. It's very cold so maybe it's a computer thing but it's only got 2k miles on it
What ended up happening? I’m having the same problem where the dash where the MPH display is and the radio wouldn’t turn off. It’s a 2022 JL. Shouldn’t be happening!

I’m having similar issues with my 2019 Jeep Wrangler and nobody seems to be able to figure it out. I’ve taken it to multiple different shops over the past few months and it’s only getting worse. Do you know if anyone has filed a class action lawsuit for these issues?

Issues:
- randomly gets stuck in park
- shuts off randomly when stopped (red lights, drive throughs…)
- every light on the dash randomly comes on (brake light, engine light, ABS light, service shifter, traction control off, service 4WD, electronic throttle control, service stop/start system, etc)
- windshield whippers randomly turn on
- randomly accelerates for a second when driving then goes back to normal
- sometimes when I turn it off the vehicle will shake for a second

Did you ever get it fixed? Here's my short version, check Fuse #F05 and see if it is blown. Mine was, replaced and problem went away. It has to do with the Security Gateway.

My 20 jl just started do this noticed it tonight wait to pick up our son. Maybe this is what caused both my batteries to die the other day. Going to try the reset when I get home.

My 2024 JLU sport S is now doing this. Turn it off, lock it. Dash light stays on and the shifter lights are on. Shifter lights go out, dash shuts off and a second later the open hood light pops on and the dash lights and shifter lights come on again. And the cycle just continues over and over all night. Bought this jeep a week ago and it only has 400 miles on it. Bought it with 7 miles. This shouldn’t be happening already. I’ve checked fuses and had to push them all in but that didn’t work. I went to the car wash yesterday and after that is when this started happening. I guess I’ll try to unplug the battery and reconnect it to reset reset everything but still, shouldn’t be happening!!

@Lucaslexxus

It's not at all unusual to have a JL that has sat at a Stellantis shipping yard, then to sit at a dealership.... to end up with a Main battery that is depleted lots.... Buyer drives it from dealership, does a few short drives and then the JL behaves as you have seen, thanks to battery depletion.

Place the JL on a decent battery tender maintainer that is meant for AGM batteries use overnight and there is highly likely the issue will be remedied.

IF you take the JL to dealership Service Dept. Talk to the dealership Service Dept., Service Manager in person. (not the Service Writer)

Ask him or her to please provide you with a print out of the load test in regard to your Main battery.
Your seeing the printout is actual positive proof they did load test the battery and not just that they only charged the battery and sent you on your way.

You want to be sure the Main battery passes a load test.

can I use my ODB scanner to do a load test? My dealership is 1.5 hours away, I’d rather not have to go there. I did unplug the battery and hooked it back up and the problem seems to have gone away.

No you cannot do a load test with an "ODB scanner". You can buy an elcheapo load tester or have Autozone load test for you but those elcheapo load testers are poor/iffy at best.

Again, get that JL on a battery tender maintainer overnight and you will probably be good to go.
