Heater issues

Just wondering if anyone was having problems with their heater on their 4Xe. Most of the time it works very well, but four or five times now I had no heat. It did not matter if it was in electric only mode or the engine was running. The heat would not heat for the entire trip.

There have been a small group of people having issues with the electric heater locking out. It usually presents itself as an "electric mode unavailable" due to "cabin cooling or cooling" warning in the dash.

If you're getting no heat at all with the gas engine running and you're not getting that warning, it's probably more likely that you have an issue with one of the diverters in the hvac system.
