Has anyone tried Exposed Racks?

I'm currently thinking about putting a roof-top tent on my soft-top JLUR and Exposed Racks would fit what I need but one question came up: did anyone look into securing the vehicle while the tent is installed? Since the top needs to be down, that leaves the interior fully open and exposed to elements, wildlife, even theft so I'm thinking about options to cover/secure it. Did anyone solve this problem before?

Nope, I gave up on the idea of a rooftop tent for now.

Click in with kayak accesories and 2 kayaks. this is a really nice roof rack.

Have you used this with a RTT? Looking at getting 2 racks and want to know if that is enough for 2-3 person RTT. I know the site suggests 3 racks, I called and talked to SMS and they said 2 should be fine but am looking for real world experience. Thanks.

I have seen customers photos posted on their instagram page with 2 and 2+ crossbars with RTTs.

Few years later - how’s it holding up? Are you able to mount an awning while still running the RTT?
