2019 Wrangler
Noted there are multiple ground points under the hood of the JL. On the right side there is a set of three by the battery then one farther forward towards the air box. Thinking about running a bar to mount relays on and using the forward one of the three and the one at the air box look like good attachment locations but concerned about bonding these two ground points together. Is there a reason FCA separates those ground points or a reason not to go that way?

It shouldn't matter which ground point that you use, especially for a relatively light current load that the relay will pull. In theory they are tied together by the body but use whichever is more convenient.
