Hi, new to posting here. I'm posting all around since I've continued to have issues with my 2018 JL Rubicon. I'm looking for support or advice. Has anyone had any of these issues or a few like me?
My 2018 Jeep (bought brand new) Rubicon has had issues since 500 miles (fuel pressure sensor -4 dealership trips). I have been in the dealership a dozen more times. I have multiple cases open on issues from fuel pressure sensor, to AC, to Uconnent, to propulsion, to the clutch. I have all the work documented. I have videos of the Uconnect malfunctions; which the dealer fried trying to fix. I'm now to sit and wait a month or more just to get one to the dealer! And recently I have pictures and documented all engine warning lights and the mileage and failure to find an error code. I'm sure the case managers are doing their best, but there has to be a better option for a vehicle like this! Conveniently, the warning light will go un-diagnosed, or the code is different so I cannot go through Chrysler channels. Current cases open
Case: 76608501 Case: 76742164 Case: 76608681
I still own and drive my '99 Wrangler...not one issue...not one time in the shop in her first 5 years!
