I am at my wits end trying to stop the A pillar wind noise only on the drivers side. I had the noise before my cowl lights and just to be thurough I removed the drivers side light and the noise is there. I put the windshield down and put silicone on the windshield frame in between the welds and still have the noise. Put on a new door weatherstrip and still have the noise. Only other seal to replace is the cowl/windshield weatherstrip. As soon as I hit 30mph the noise starts up. Even worse in a headwind There is brick going through the air noise which is normal and now add annoying ass whistle noise. Atleast I have no water leaks anywhere.

On the positive side I put on Mopar lift control arms and my steering has a more positive feel with the Rubicon suspension I put on a few months ago.

I have this same issue. My Jeep is quiet otherwise. But the driver's A-pillar wind noise is just annoying as hell above 40MPH.

Try putting some blue painters tape over the little trim pieces at the bottom front corners of the door windows. That's a major source of the noise. If it goes away then all you need to do is pop them off witha trim tool and put a little bead of silicone or some 3m tape there to seal it from the wind.
