I have went back to the dealer nearly plead with them to take a look at the problem once again before I have seen the STAR Publication in this topic.
and they agreed to see the the noise problem once more. I have forward the dealer service center the STAR publication Case no. to help them guide the repair. If problem is not resolved even with the publication I will send detail info about my vehicle to you.

P.S. Come to think of if, it is very upsetting nearly ridicules abt customer has to plea with the dealer to take a look at the problem.
If you have any association to FCA regarding this dealers behavior to customer, I would strongly suggest you would advise FCA customer relation to take a very firm disciplinary action against this dealer service department. (Bill)

For the record. I have owned four different Dodge Chrysler Vehicles past 15 years with same dealer, dodge mini van, Durango, Ram 1500 and Wrangler and I have never complaint nor went into service other than regular maintenance as such as oil change, factory recall until Wranlger. if you could label person like me think I could be labeled as a loyal customer. However after being treated as the way I have been treated, I am very disappointed and betrayed to the point where I am almost considering to take a legal action against this dealer along with the FCA.
