Just curious, what are folks with Fox 2.5 DSC's and Metal Cloak 3 1/2" lift setting the high and low speed knobs at for rock crawling situations. I'm setting the large knob 4 "clicks CW and the small knob 4 clicks CCW from full CW. I also have about 600 lbs. of stuff added.

Fwiw, I called MetalCloak yesterday with questions related to pairing their lift with the Fox 2.5 DSC. I do not recall who I spoke with, but he could not have been more knowledgeable, and without me even asking gave a confident recommendation where to set those adjustments. I was not in position to write it down, unfortunately. I’d consider giving them a call to get their take. You have the accutune set-up, so you might be off-standard by a few clicks.

I'm delivering my 392 to Cloakworks tomorrow. They are MC's in house shop. The build will include the MC 3.5" Game Changer lift with Fox 2.5 DSC shocks. I'll report back what they recommend on settings for the Fox shocks.

Love to see pics and hear your thoughts, I’m planning to run the same setup.

Sorry for the delayed response. I finally got the 392 back from Cloakworks. Here is a list of the modifications done.

Metalcloak Gamechanger 3.5” lift

MC steering system w/Fox ATS stabilizer

Fox Elite 2.5 DSC shocks

MC front & rear drive shafts

RCV front axle shafts

Yukon rear chromoly axle shafts

Dana Spicer 4.88 front & rear differential gears

MC belly pan skid plate system w/muffler skid plate

MC front & rear differential covers w/skid plates

MC front control arm skid plates

MC front & rear aluminum fenders

MC rear bumper

MC front & rear inner wheel well covers

Fuel D119 Warp beadlock 17" wheels

37” BFG KO2 tires

We have Rockslide Engineering step sliders w/skid plates and rocker guards on order. Current lead-time is 10 weeks.

Overall, I am pleased with the job Cloakworks did on the Jeep. We are experiencing some rattling due to the exhaust system making contact with the MC belly pan. This is in the area behind the oil pan. Cloakworks has a fix for this which will be done when the Jeep goes back for the step sliders.

As for the original question posed on this thread about settings for the Fox DSC shocks, the Cloakworks team didn’t offer a great deal of insight when asked about adjustments for different conditions.

I’ve got about 200 highway miles on the shocks at factory settings. Ride seems fine. We are going on a club event this weekend in the Nevada desert so I will get a better feel for the off road performance. I will say that when playing with the LSC and HSC settings, I am not seeing the 10 and 12 “clicks” respectively that the online manual references for the adjustment range. We’ll see how this weekend goes. I may need to reach out to Fox directly with more questions.

I’ll try and get some pictures out later this week.

Do you have a link for the Fox 2.5 DSC online manual?

Yes, that is correct. Cloakworks was able to modify the Metalcloak front diff skid plate to fit the 392. Not sure exactly what they did but I will ask and report back.

On my truck I am currently running (on-road) 3 - High Speed, 6 - low speed.
For off-road this is inverted.

Fox gave me these settings for my JT when I had it. I'm still working on refining it on my wrangler, but it's a reasonable start.
