I went to Hidden Falls (Texas) once when it was rainy and therefore muddy (see avatar pic). A Buddy of mine warned me to wash off the undercarriage as best I could each night since the Texas clay/mud is really junky.
I went to the local “self wash joint” and I did as he suggested —- i used the water wand as best that I could to spray under the Jeep and I couldn’t believe the amount of mud that dropped out. WOW!!!!
since then there has really only been one rainy/muddy day on the trails……. but it was in CO and the mud wasn’t nearly as “thick/gummy/heavy”….
