Arizona Engine light on / No power when accelerating

Hello, I have a Jeep wrangler Sahara v6.

My engine light just recently turned on and I’ve noticed when I’m driving and when I’m on the road and signaling to pass a vehicle to get ahead of it, I will not have enough power to speed up and the auto stop unavailable light will turn on in the dash display lights and the jeep will not allow me to speed upto pass a vehicle so I would just have to get back behind the vehicle. Anyone have any idea as to what would cause this? I just recently changed all my spark plugs and only one ignition coil.
