Has anyone had luck with enabling Auto Dimming High Beams on a JM with Advanced Safety/Adaptive Cruise but didnt cone with Auto Dimming High Beams? I followed these instructions from the JScan Facebook Page, but I don't see the option showing up under Settings>Lights on my 8.4 Radio. I have reset the ECUs. Yes, I have Advanced Safety/Adaptive Cruise.

Enabling auto high beam option on Jeep JL / JT
Note - this REQUIRES you have the forward facing module up center of the windshield, in the area of the inside rear view mirror. This contains the DASM. It's the radar and camera that handles ACC, Forward Collision Warning, etc.
If you do not have that black box up there, you cannot enable auto high beams.
Go to Adaptations and open group "Auto Headlamp & Auto High Beam"
Auto High Beam -> Activated it will activate this option
Auto High Beam Module Location -> Select IRCM - this tells ecu where the module is installed
Auto High Beam On Threshold -> 25 km/h - this is default on some cars, on others it is 0 and in booth cases it should work.
Auto High Beam Off Threshold -> 20 km/h - this is default on some cars, on others it is 0 and in booth cases it should work.
Auto High Beam CSM Present-> Activated Radio settings screen under "Lights", adds the menu selection so you can turn it on or off

You can pull Fuse F97 in the PDC while the JL is running. Leave it pulled for say 15 sec. and then put the fuse back in. Now, turn the JL off and then restart the JL.. This will reboot UConnect and see, usually, the same deed done lets say, that waiting 24 hrs. will accomplish..

Did that and now the option is in Settings>Lights but it won't stay selected on. I get a check in the box when I touch it then 3sec later I get a double beep and its unchecked.

I'll see what it does tomorrow and then message Jscan again if it's not working.

No, Jscan suggested getting the dealer to do a software update but I haven't been to a dealer to ask.
Ever get this to work? My 2019 does the same thing. Select AHB on radio and it checks then unchecked 2 secs later.

Not sure how this impacts you but according to JSCAN

Enabling auto high beam option on Jeep JL / JT
Note - this REQUIRES you have the forward facing module up center of the windshield, in the area of the inside rear view mirror. This contains the DASM. It's the radar and camera that handles ACC, Forward Collision Warning, etc.

This option may not work on early 2019 JL models - software update at the dealer may be required.

If you do not have that black box up there, you cannot enable auto high beams.

Yes, I have all of the equipment. My Wrangler was built 6/2019 so maybe I need to have the dealership program mine as It may be an "early" 2019 model. Thank you for the reply.
