Electrical Gremlins

I need help please I have a 21 JL willies that had the auxiliary battery warning. I tried the auxiliary bypass by pulling fuse 42 and disconnected the aux ground not realizing I need a programmer to turn start stop off. Any way I changed both batteries and dash voltage goes from 11.3 and drops quickly in a few seconds to 9 and runs terribly and dies. I really don’t want to take it to the dealer so any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Also I did try to jump start with connection on the battery instead of grounding to body ground could it be the ibs?
