EGR Buzzing Noise

When I switch the ignition to ON, the EGR Valve starts buzzing continuously
The buzzing only stops when I remove the F26 (CBC 2-EXTERIOR LIGHTS #1) and F29 (CBC 4-EXTERIOR LIGHTS #2) fuses.

Up good poiint. Sometime rarely mines does too.
A part of the weird noise where can it lead if not fixed?
