E-brake is loose side to side

As you can see in the video, my e-brake is loose when you move it side to side, is that normal? When I pull it, it clicks 7 times (which I think is the right number), it works fine, and fills stiff when engaged. Just wanted to check if the looseness when not engaged is by design. Thanks!

That's not normal. You can take the console up and tighten the hardware.

Nope, not normal. Looks like you need to tighten a bolt or two before something falls out. Either take it to the dealer for warrantee repair or pop the console off and look for what's loose.
