I believe it is the drag link not if I’m not mistaken, but I’m having trouble finding the torque spec online. I have found everywhere from 40 to 130. If anybody knows that would be great. Also the picture where I have my hand around the bar is that meant to wiggle because mine definitely has play in it. Thanks for the help.
Edit. Sorry I have a 2022 Willy’s.

I don’t know the torque specs but I do know that there was an issue with the tie rod ends and ball joints not being properly torque on some 2022 wranglers. I believe there is a TSB for this. Mine had this problem and ended up having to get a new tie rod and steering stabilizer.
