I had a 2015 diesel Grand Cherokee and it was awesome.
I'll lay it our for you in the same way someone here once did for me-- "It's not just a diesel, but an Italian diesel."I dream of the most reliable long lasting engine choice. Lol
yes and no. Yes - its good for getting the price of the Jeep. No, there are dealers here that will give you under invoice which will save you 7-10% off of the msrp.Is the Jeep.com building tool a good idea of the cost for the diesel Rubicon? Looks like 55k with the basics, heated seats, led lights, 3.0, keyless entry and remote start basically. Is yours a Rubicon?
Really considering changing out to the diesel.

I went with the Rubicon and added in lots of stuff. its MY21. My msrp was $68k :O
I didn't go XR, that was too much.. The expensive options were colored hard top and dual doors and Alpine.Wow that is tricked out! Thanks for the response. I can live with the 55k might stop in and see what they say this week! Good resale so far with my current Rubicon. XR is like rolling around in the head though![]()
Remember, I don't even own it yet, but I keep seeing people build the Jeep. I see so many Rubi take offs in the forum market. I wonder how long until we see XR take offs?I don't need XR myself. Mild Trails and hunting mostly. Plus old man winter.
That is true when they get the 37 itch or 40!!!Remember, I don't even own it yet, but I keep seeing people build the Jeep. I see so many Rubi take offs in the forum market. I wonder how long until we see XR take offs?![]()
