Sort of an odd question but just wondering for curiosity sake. Did two quarter panel decals, 7 inch by 7 inch. One had a few bubbles and had to pin/squeeze them out. When you drop a pinhole, is there a chance that fluid/salt/etc can get in there and get behind the decal? Had to knock out about 7 spots (0 on the first one, got rushing for number 2).

Canadian winters and the solutions horrible to our vehicles. Any insight appreciated.

I wouldn't think there would be any more risk of it getting in behind a pinhole than there would be with it getting in around the edges themselves. I live in Ohio (so lots of road salt, snow, and rain), and I just removed decals after a year+ with no signs of any difference on the paint where they were.

I also removed trim from my last Grand Cherokee after 6+ years with no noticeable difference.
