Curt 58964 Harness (not working)

pulling fuse, meh, I'd pull wrong one or put it back wrong.

So, let jeep sit 15 minutes, window open, sleep mode. I used a pole and pushed brake pedal hard, really hard. NOTHING happened. The need for roadmaster relay might not be so needed.

I think key is, the key, dont get close to jeep with key while doing this, dont leave key in jeep while pushing. I know I tired this with key in pocket while i sat in jeep,

Bottom line next week maiden voyage of good ship lollipop, without roadmaster relay, just going to use the 58964 wiring. I'm hoping some feedback through tailight does not wake the brake pedal switch.

Next up, install blue ox towbar on rv now, and then etrailer base plate when it arrives this evening.

So it looks like the new/replacement Curt 58964 harness works.

When I press the brake pedal, the Jeep does NOT wake up. I did this using the Patriot 3 portable brake system and the Patriot 3 controller to manually apply the brake without me having to open the jeep..

I've tested the left/right turn signals and tail lamps, when powered from the RV 6 pin. Can't test the brake lights yet as I need to be sitting in the RV and my wife is out having fun.

So it looks like I'm all set other than reinstalling this new harness.

I've also ordered this Curt 55251 which I believe connects to the pigtail for use when towing a trailer behind the Jeep.

I'll post again to clarify the results of this.

UPDATE: Curt 55251 doe NOT fit the spare trailer plug on the 58964 harness.
