Connected Services Won't Activate

I took delivery if my JLURD on June 11 and the Connected Services won't complete activation. I have a case opened after speaking with the support line. Today my Jeep went through a software update and I get the same message. All functions work with the exception of Activate and the Market. This is the message I get.

I am having the same error on my 2023? Did you have to take this to the dealer to get it fixed?

My problem cleared 1-2 weeks after contacting Customer Care. I suspect action was taken after Customer Care escalated my problem.
