Cleaning Vinyl Decal

Hey everyone,

wasn’t sure if this was the right place to post this question so if it’s not, my apologies. I have a matte black vinyl decal on my hood that has developed some pretty big water spots that I cannot get out. I wanted to check in here to see if anyone has any advice on how I could get these out and what I could use. Thanks In advance!

Thanks for all the replies! Has anyone ever used armor-all on exterior vinyl?
I used a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 4 parts distilled water with a magic easer and it got most of the water spots out. Just wondering about armor-all for protectant and to give it back the shine?
