Just ask @cosine he knows!
My steering box is aluminum from what the magnet tells me. I dropped the tire pressure to 32 lbs from 35 and it feels better. Picked up an angle finder tonight so I will check the axle in the morning. I will take my steering stabilizer loose tomorrow as well to see how much it is or isn’t dampening. The body is dented but seems to not be loosing fluid.
Those aluminum boxes can be hit or miss, ours was fine day to day, but on a long road trip in 100+ degree temps the play in the steering increased to the point where it was a concern. Having the cast iron box combined w/ the longer Mopar lift LCAs made high speed cruising a breeze w/ no wander whatsoever until crosswinds, then all bets are off lol.

My axle is measuring about 6* when I put the angle finder on the axle ends by the ball joints so not sure if longer LCAs will be the answer. When we first got the Jeep all was good, we are second owner. Seems to have manifested after the axle replacement from the accident.
