So have been pricing out my jeep and I came upon some confusing things
The basic jeep build is a JLU rubicon manual

with
coldweather
info
steel
led
tow
leather
Premium soft top
body color fenders
what happens if you don't spec a top dooes it default to the regualr soft top? or do you not get any top at all?
When I add the dual top the price goes up but not as much as the hard top and soft top? the hard top is 1095 the premium soft top is 595 so shouldn't it go up by only 1690 not 2195 I know I am missing something here

If you don't specify a top, you'll receive a "Basic" soft top (not "Premium")

If you order a hard top, you get just a hard top.

If you order the premium soft top, you'll get just a premium soft top.

If you order dual top, you get hard top and premium soft top.

Ordering the hard top and the premium top is not valid, because each of those upgrade prices are figuring in the cost of the "basic" soft top that was included, so you'd be double counting the value of the "basic" soft top, that's why the dual top option is more than the hard top + premium soft top.

What smoltz said well, yet another way:

Dual Top = Hard Top + Premium Soft Top - Basic Soft Top

(It's not just what your getting from FCA, it's what you're also "giving back," the base Black Soft Top)
