The picture is the driver's front outside pad.

The break pad on the left side against the caliper is at 3mm. Going deeper away from the camera half way down the pad it is fully intact. It is only wearing closest to the tire and not closer to the axle. The bottom portion that isn't wearing is cracked in the middle. The right break pad looks the same without the crack. The rotors are pristine and measured evenly. These are all the original parts. Is this a normal wear pattern for break pads? Do they need to be changed? Can I use the same rotors?

Yeah, are these for sale? Also, you've listed it specific to Colorado. If you really want traffic, ask to have this moved. Also, they are "brakes".
