Hey all,
So I'm new to the Jeep scene. Just got my first Wrangler and I'm really enjoying it. Gone off-roading a bit and am a pretty happy guy.
That said, I've been finding the height of the break pedal in my Rubicon unbearably high. I'm wondering if this is normal and/or if the height of the pedal can be changed. In relation to the gas pedal, the break is around 2 inches closer to the drivers position! I've never had a car like that, and I find it difficult to get to without having to lift my foot off the floor mat. When holding the pedal down, I can barely touch the mat with my heel. It just seems too high for me.
Attached is a picture of the difference as best I could get it. I've got a tape measure against the face of the gas pedal and took a side view shot of the pedals. You can see the break is ~2 inches closer to the driver than the gas.
Thoughts? Experiences?
