Bowing springs! HELP!!!

Hey what’s up everyone! So I’ve been dealing with a bowing spring for the past 4 months and I can’t seem to figure out why the front passenger spring is bowing and making contact with the sway bar end link. I’m running the Ultimate Dana 44 front axle, Currie anti-rock sway bar, RPM steering components, and the Superlift 4” lift kit.

I’ve dropped the axle twice to see if that would correct the spring but no luck. I know there are correction pads for the axle but since the ultimate 44 doesn’t use pads I’m not sure what else I can do.

I know about daystars correction pads for the top of the spring but they’ve been on back order since December.

The drivers side is perfect and I’m not having any issues

Take the upper isolator out, cut the nipples off and rotate it 90 degrees to the front to put the cut off nipples towards the front of the Jeep, centered. Re-check.

I would agree - check, check and re-check the top isolator. Been having fun with mine lately.

I just talked to Adam from Rock Kwaler and he recommends installing some adjustable control arms. I’ll try that out first before removing the springs again.

If the drivers side is perfect and the control arms are the same length on both sides, probably not the control arms.

I agree. I would have suggested arms, as well. The spring plate must be at the right angle which is dictated by the caster. If all of that is well, the isolator or a bad spring are the only things left to check.
