Bi-LED Oracle Switchback issues

Bought the Oracle Switchback lights for my 19 Wrangler and used a JL mini taser and the lights still don’t work. My passenger side my turn signal and halo neither works. Oracle say the taser would have fixed the issue but it didn’t. Is it because I have halogen turn signals?
