Bestop Ultra Squareback

I installed it a few days ago and have had it parked outside to let the sun warm it up to stretch it out. I’ve been adjusting it as much as I can. There are “stay straps/tabs” that need to be screwed into one of the cross bars above the rear door that are just too short to reach. And there’s wrinkles above the rear side windows that don’t seem to be going away. Even if the stay tabs were in place it wouldn’t make a difference on the wrinkles. Without the windows installed the sides of the top look like they pull towards the center.
I’ll be calling Bestop tomorrow but was wondering if any of you have had these issues and what the fix is, if any.
