Bestop Trektop Ultra

In the beginning of September i bought and installed the Bestop Trektop Ultra, about a week ago i started hearing alot of wind on the passenger side, and noticed it was flapping a lot more than the driver side did when driving down the road. Got out to investigate and realized the wire the runs from the front to back of the soft top, had sheared itself at the back of the soft top. I attempted to call Bestop, but it appears that due to covid they have anything routed through email, which says theyll get back to you witin 24-48 hours. Its now been almost a week and i havent heard a thing. Does anyone have a connection or another route i can take to get ahold of them to get this fixed.

I reached them via email when one of the drivers side gas struts kept falling out of the frame. Once I sent them a copy of the receipt I got the parts. Took about three weeks total.

And hers did the same and Bestop is sending a new piece. It took them awhile but they hooked me up.

Took about 8 weeks and I got it put on two weeks ago. Great service Bestop.
