In the beginning of September i bought and installed the Bestop Trektop Ultra, about a week ago i started hearing alot of wind on the passenger side, and noticed it was flapping a lot more than the driver side did when driving down the road. Got out to investigate and realized the wire the runs from the front to back of the soft top, had sheared itself at the back of the soft top. I attempted to call Bestop, but it appears that due to covid they have anything routed through email, which says theyll get back to you witin 24-48 hours. Its now been almost a week and i havent heard a thing. Does anyone have a connection or another route i can take to get ahold of them to get this fixed.
