I have a '20 JLUR with the 2.0L e-torque. I think my main 12V battery may be going bad. Dealers around here are backed up. I want to take it to a parts store to have the battery tested before going through the hassle of the dealer. Are there any specific precautions to take with the 48V system/DC-DC charging system before load testing?

I've yet to delve into the 48v system, so I have nothing for you on that end. I also have the 2.0 w/ BSG in my 19 Rubi. As for the main 12v battery, it just needs to be disconnected from the circuit before load testing it.

What are you experiencing to lead you to believe the battery is on its way out?

Maybe others with the 2.0 may have seen the same issues and can provide some guidance.

Voltage when driving is constantly around 14.7, even if I have just charged the battery.
